Self-Pay Pricing for Uninsured Patients

• Office Visit: $150.00

(Note: This fee does not include any procedures such as biopsies or cryotherapy.)

Additional Procedure Fees:

• Cryotherapy (freezing of lesions): $100.00 for up to 10 lesions

• Biopsy or Lesion Removal: $150.00

  (Pathology fees are not included. Specimens will be processed by Derm Path Diagnostics and billed separately at Medicare rates.)

• Surgical Excision: $500.00

  (Excludes pathology fees. Speciments will be processed by Derm Path Diagnostics and billed separately at Medicare rates.)

• Mohs Micrographic Surgery: $1,000.00

  (Includes the first stage and closure. Each additional stage is $300.00.)
